Dale Avenue
Location
The Housing Authority owns and manages 40 townhouse apartments at Dale Avenue, Franklin, Pennsylvania, designated for families. They consist of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. The complex also has handicapped-accessible apartments. These apartments aid those families with persons who use wheelchairs, and those who are hearing impaired.
The rent in these apartments is based on 30 percent of your monthly adjusted gross income. The rent includes electric, water, garbage, and sewage. Tenants are responsible for heating bills (gas), as well as telephone and cable services. A range and refrigerator are included, and there are washer/dryer connections.
A playground and picnic area are available within the development.

A Ceiling Rent is the maximum a tenant will pay. Flat rents are the same amount, yet the
tenant has the option of selecting the Flat Rent and waive the income verification
process. Ask your manager for details.
