Colonial Manor is a secure locked facility with a security camera that is linked to a channel on the tenant’s television.
Other amenities include a laundry room on each floor, a large community room with a full kitchen attached for family gatherings and tenant activities, a help call system, and a fire alarm system.
The rent in these apartments is based on 30 percent of your monthly adjusted gross income. The rent includes utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage, and sewage). Telephone and cable services are your responsibility.

Proof of income (pay stubs, check stubs from support payments, W-2 forms, Social Security letters, welfare letters, and any document that states your income).

Proof of Child Care
Proof of child care: Letters or receipts from your child care provider.

Three personal and three landlord references.

A Ceiling Rent is the maximum a tenant will pay. Flat rents are the same amount, yet the
tenant has the option of selecting the Flat Rent and waive the income verification
